Located at 826 S Dixie Highway, the 96-unit development will provide much-needed rental housing to residents age 62 and older and marks HTGs third affordable housing community developed in partnership with the City of Hollywood, which contributed financially to the development.
Villa Jordana apartments will feature quartz and granite countertops, and energy-efficient appliances, smart thermostats and lighting, walk-in closets and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Of the 96 units, seven will be fully ADA-accessible residences, with five units designed for mobility impairments and two units designed for hearing or vision impairments. Community amenities will include community room, resort style swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and barbecue patio deck. Residents will also have access to daily activities, resident assurance check-in programs, and assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
